Hey my media family!! Lately I have been living out of a suitcase and I want to catch you guys up on where I have been, what I have been doing, and what’s my next adventure! I have been from East to West these last few weeks and I have been able to do things I never thought I would be able to do! I have been able to work backstage at Miss USA, two Miss USA sponsors trusted me to run their social media during the pageant weekend, I crossed another state off my travel list, and I got to shoot in the desert (how cool is that)!! So here are the details!

A few weeks ago around my birthday weekend I was able to travel to Shreveport, Louisiana to work for two of my favorite companies, Supermodels Unlimited Magazine & The Perfect Face Cosmetics. Both are sponsors for Miss USA!!! SU Magazine brought me in to run their social media during their event for the Miss USA contestants! First off, I was over the moon estatic & honored… I work so hard on my social media, and to have companies notice and trust me to run theirs is AMAZING!!! So as you can see I was elated for this opportunity! SU Magazine hosted all of the Miss USA contestants to a red carpet & brunch! This was a great event and it was awesome to meet the contestants before they competed LIVE on the Miss USA stage the next day! And not only did I get to meet the contestants, I got to meet Miss USA 2017, Kara McCullough, and the new Miss Teen USA, Hailey Colborn…that was a pretty cool experience!

Now the excitement didn’t stop there! On the actual pageant day, I got to run The Perfect Face Cosmetic insta-story backstage at Miss USA!!! This was a real treat! I have watched the Miss USA pageant ever since I was little, I have been a viewer in the audience, but to be backstage in all the action was a whole new experience!! It is something I will never forget and  I will always cherish!

After a couple of days at home, I was back on the plane heading to Portland, Oregon! Thank you SU Magazine for helping cross another state off of my travel list, now I have traveled to 24 states! This was my first time in Oregon and the state has such a cool vibe! I would definitely go back if I had the opportunity! I spent the weekend in Warm Springs, OR with my SU Magazine family! I finally got to shoot in the desert you guys and I am so excited to see the images we captured! A weekend on the Kah-Nee-Ta Reservation was exactly what I needed! The surroundings were so calming and peaceful and I am so glad I was able to experience it with a group of individuals that mean so much to me! Thank you SU Magazine for all the adventures!!

And now I bet y’all are asking, what’s the next adventure???… Well I have a busy summer ahead of me and I couldn’t be more thrilled for it! This Sunday I will be off to Orlando to experience Harry Potter World and Universal for the first time (Thanks Mom & Dad for this birthday gift)! So readers, if you have been to Universal Orlando, please give me the 411 and all the in’s and out’s of the park! Get ready for picture overload!
