Why hello my readers! I created 365 Days of Summer to share all aspects of my life with you guys! Since the new year, I haven’t really been doing that. Never did I imagine the out pouring opportunities that 2018 would bring, or that this year would be in lightening speed mode… you guys it’s almost the end of April. I guess now is a good time to catch you up on what I have been doing and what I have planned for the rest of 2018!
Since my last post my life has been in a constant “go” mode. I decided at the beginning of the year to create a new platform, one that would strictly focus on my love for beauty. I call it @365daysof_beauty! && if you haven’t checked it out on Instagram yet, you need to and give it a FOLLOW! I share my love for makeup and all things beauty on this new account. To my surprise this beauty account has opened a whole new business venture for me. Not only have I been able to partner with some of my favorite beauty brands but I was able to do H&M for a New York Fashion Week show and since then I have been able to do H&M for photoshoots and pageant girls. I feel so lucky and optimistic about this new venture and I can’t wait to see where it goes! One main thing I have learned throughout the years is that if you are passionate about something, then you need to pursue it!
I also had a career milestone!! This makeup junkie booked a modeling job with L’Oreal cosmetics, yes L’OREAL!!! I am still pinching myself from the experience. I was booked for two days and it was so surreal to work with a company that I have used for years!
I have been living the life that I have always wanted. Living in a constant go, seeing all the hard work paying off, and experiencing dreams become reality.
This weekend the excitement continues, I have been invited to Greenville Fashion Week as one of their bloggers! I will get to attend a blogger bruncheon during the day, sit front row at the fashion show, and celebrate at the after party. As a blogger who loves fashion and beauty, I am like a little kid in a candy shop when it comes to fashion shows! So you can say I am very excited to attend and I can not wait to see some fellow bloggers in the industry!
