Stepping into the New Year

Happy New Year Everyone & Hello 2017!!

I am opening the doors to this new year and inviting in all the opportunities that lie ahead! I am so excited to see what 2017 has in store, aren’t you? That is what’s so wonderful about a new year, it’s a fresh start to chase after your dreams, create new friendships and rekindle old ones, wipe the slate clean from the previous year, and discover new adventures!.. oh and create new and fabulous outfits!

I am kicking off 2017 with leather and stripes! And for that extra PA-ZAZZ I’m talking about blue leather! I found this edgy blue leather jacket while shopping at Forever21 one day and instantly became obsessed! It’s become my favorite jacket in my closet! So I thought I would show it off for my first outfit of the year! I paired it with a striped black and white crop top with a high waisted black mini skirt. Of course, my choice of shoes were my black thigh high boots from bebe! And an outfit wouldn’t be complete without accessories! I decided to keep with the edgy vibe of the look and wear these super cute detailed black chokers from my friend’s jewelry and accessory company, Lisa B. Collection. I definitely feel ready to take on the new year in this outfit! 2017…let’s do this!
