Now that it is officially spring it’s time to breakout those shorts and wedges from the closet! I am so glad to see the weather finally in the 70s-80s! It’s super nice!!

I am making this a brighter spring and starting out with a golden state of mind! I teamed up with AGACI to bring you this simply sophisticated but fun look!!

Using bright colors is my mission this springtime. Y’all already know that I have been color crushing on this golden mustard/ marigold color. These mustard colored shorts are super cute and the perfect fit. They aren’t too short and they aren’t too long either. They are the right length that gives off a sophisticated look, and you would be surprised how many colors you can pair with them! I just love the fact that they aren’t designed like regular shorts, I love the pleats and the added belt! Today I decided to pair them with a blue and white striped blouse. This blouse also helps me achieve the cute but sophisticated look I was going for. It’s so darling with the added bow. For accessories I knew I wanted to use a color instead of just wearing my typical go to gold loops. I decided to go with these bold blue statement earrings and also use my gold accent rings. For shoes I wanted to keep it simple and just pair the look with a cute nude wedge.
